It might be interesting to compare and contrast society funding methods (how each society is funded).
At Leeds we tend to be funded by a mix of membership fees and union grants. Our fund raising events have generally cost us more money than they have raised.
When it comes to Rationalist Week we've also worked on member donations and sponsorship.
